AT WHAT TIME IS MY ROOM AVAILABLE?
We will be delighted to offer the rooms to our guests as soon as they are ready. However, we guarantee their availability from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
AT WHAT TIME ARE WE SUPPOSED TO VACATE THE ROOM ON OUR DEPARTURE DAY?
We kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11 am on your departure day. If you prefer to keep the room for a little longer please ask at the reception if the room is available and you may take-up our “day use” offer at an additional cost of 50 Euro which makes you use the room until 6 pm.
CAN WE LEAVE OUR LUGGAGE IN THE HOTEL?
If your departure is after 11 am, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room and refresh yourself in a courtesy room.
DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A GARAGE?
Parking in the large hotel garage is free of charge for our guests.
IS THERE A TRANSFER SERVICE TO THE AIRPORT AND/OR TRAIN STATION?
On request there is a transfer service available to and from Verona Villafranca Airport and Peschiera del Garda and Verona Railway Station. The free transfer (only for direct bookings) has to be booked at least 48 hours before arrival or departure at the hotel and is valid for a minimum stay of 3 nights during low season and 4 nights during high season. This service is not valid for groups and conventions.
ARE THERE DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN?
Children up to the age of 5 years, sharing a room with their parents, stay free of charge. There are cots and high-chairs available at no extra cost. Children from 6 to 13 years, sharing the room with their parents have a discount of 60%.
WHICH CREDIT-CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit-cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Carta EC (Maestro).
ARE ANIMALS PERMITTED IN THE HOTEL?
Sorry, but no animals/pets are permitted in the hotel.
DOES THE HOTEL HAVE INTERNET?
Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The access pin is provided at the front desk upon check-in.
WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS OFFERED BY THE RESTAURANT?
Buffet breakfast from 7 am until 10.30 am.
Lunch is available from 12.30 until 2.30 pm.
Dinner at Benacus Restaurant is available from 7 pm to 9 pm.

A la carte dinner from 7.00 pm to 9.30 pm
IF WE STAY AT YOUR HOTEL WHAT FACILITIES CAN WE USE?
Free use of 5 outdoor swimming pools (one with whirlpool and two for children),two indoor swimming pools (33°C, one with whirlpool), Sauna, Turkish Bath, Mediterranean Bath, Emotional Showers, Ice fountain, fully-equipped gym, three thermal water pools (34°C), one thermal Salt-Water pool (34°C) and one Kneipp parcours in thermal water.
WHEN AND WHERE DO I HAVE TO BOOK THE BEAUTY, THERMAL OR AYURVEDIC TREATMENTS?
We advise our guests to book the treatments when booking the room in order to have plenty of choice of treatments at the times you prefer. All treatments can be booked at the Spa Reception (tel 0039 045 7219150), open from 9 am to 7 pm.
CAN CHILDREN USE THE POOLS?
In the thermal pools with water heated to 33 °C children under 14 years have access only from 10 am to 11 am and from 4 pm to 5 pm and must be accompanied by an adult.
CAN MY FRIENDS VISIT ME IN THE HOTEL?
Your guests are very welcome at the Caesius Hotel. They can book and use the Beauty Centre, Thermal Centre and Ayuvedic Centre but they are not allowed to use the swimming pools, wellness area and sports equipment.
