We will be delighted to make available your room as soon as possible. However, we guarantee room availability from 15.00 on the day of arrival.
AT WHAT TIME AM I SUPPOSED TO VACATE THE ROOM ON MY DEPARTURE DAY?
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 on your departure day. If you prefer to stay little longer, please ask the reception. If the room is available, you can take advantage of our daily offer with an additional cost of € 70 per room. In doing so, you can access your room, bar, restaurant and SPA until 18.00.
DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A GARAGE?
Parking in the hotel garage is free of charge for our guests.
IS THERE ANY TRANSFER SERVICE TO THE AIRPORT AND/OR TRAIN STATION?
On request, our shared transfer service is available from and to Verona Villafranca Airport. Please book this free transfer service at least 48 hours before your arrival at the hotel. This free service is exclusively available for guests with a minimum stay of 3 nights during low season and 5 nights during high season (for direct bookings only).
After this deadline, you will have to pay € 15 per person per trip.
It’s possible to arrange a transfer service from and to Peschiera del Garda and Verona Porta Nuova Railway Station, charged a cost of € 15 per person per trip, and without having to respect any deadline for booking.
This free service is not available for groups and conventions.
On request, it is possible to arrange a private transfer service on charge, also from and to other railway stations and airports.
ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN?
The stay of children up to 5 years old who share a room with their parents is free of charge. There are cots and high-chairs available for free. Children from 6 to 13 years old who share a room with their parents have a discount of 60% on their stay (free of charge stay during low season).

We accept all the main credit-cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Carta EC (Maestro).

We are so sorry, but pets are not allowed in the hotel.

WHEN AND WHERE DO I HAVE TO BOOK THE BEAUTY, THERMAL OR AYURVEDIC TREATMENTS?
We suggest you to book the treatments while booking your stay, in order to have plenty of choice of treatments when you prefer. All treatments can be booked at the Spa Reception (tel. +39 045 7219150, e-mail email@example.com) that is open from 09.00 to 19.00.
CAN CHILDREN USE THE POOLS?
In the thermal pools with 33 °C heated water, children under 14 years old can access only from 10.00 to 12.00 and must be accompanied by an adult.
CAN MY FRIENDS VISIT ME IN THE HOTEL?
Your guests are very welcomed at Hotel Caesius*. They can access the Beauty Centre, Thermal Centre and Ayuvedic Centre, but they are not allowed to access the swimming pools, the wellness area and the gym.
