Bardolino Bardolino, a lively town on the Olive Riviera, is the best place to stay in Lake Garda. The surrounding hills are renowned for the production of olive oil and Bardolino wine and are home to oil and wine museums.

Bardolino is one of the top destinations for lovers of sports, nature and outdoors but also for foodies. In fact, the town hosts not only numerous sports events and competitions, but also various food and wine festivals all year round.

Bardolino is an old fishing village with narrow streets spilling out of its colourful old town, which is surrounded by medieval town walls and boasts ancient churches, towers, beautiful parks and Venetian villas.

Last but not least, it's the perfect place for strolling among pavement cafés, and for shopping in the boutiques and artisan shops of the town.
