The water of the Cæsius thermal baths, low in mineral content, flows out near
to the shores of Lake Garda and originates from the mountains in the north of
the lake, in a vast rain-collecting basin that extends from the Dolomites, to
the Trentino region and Mount Baldo. It is a light, fresh and pure water, with
a pleasant taste containing, above all, small percentages of carbonic ion, calcium,
magnesium, iron, silicon and potassium.
The climate of Lake Garda has been renowned for centuries for its mildness, and
people have always returned, coming from all over the world, to recharge their
batteries and relax. A stay on the lake, in fact, has a calming effect and brings
back equilibrium to everyone's nervous system, and in particular to those who
suffer from anxiety, insomnia, cardiac palpitations and arterial hypertension
caused by stress. It has to be tried to be believed.
