Penta Diet The Penta Diet is a cure available exclusively at the Hotel Caesius Thermae & SPA Resort. Developed by the renowned nutritionist Dott.ssa Evelina Flachi, it is a combined diet that is not only focused on a diet plan and weight loss tips, but also includes physical activity, baths in thermal water and targeted beauty treatments. The aim is to purify the body, boost metabolism and reduce weight.
The Caesius Thermal Water is an important part of this detox cure as it contains healing properties. Its regular consumption helps to stimulate digestive processes, purify kidneys and liver, facilitate the elimination of uric acids, regulate the basal and glucose metabolism.
On request, the Penta diet can be modified for vegetarian, vegan and coeliac guests.
Dott.ssa Evelina Flachi Dr Evelina Flachi is a nutritionist, journalist, writer and scientific columnist. After graduating in biology at the University of Milan, she specialised in Food Science and studied biochemistry of foods to prevent common health problems that often are a consequence of obesity.

She promotes a healthy, sustainable and quality diet with functional foods for all ages.
